How can I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription by logging in to your account via the homepage or account page here. Once logged in, click on 'manage subscriptions' to skip shipments, update credit card info and more. 

- To skip a shipment (skip a box):  Click on 'manage' next to your order # and select 'skip shipment' next to the shipment you'd like to skip. The shipment date corresponds to your billing date, not when your box will actually be shipped. You will always be rebilled before your box ships. 

- To cancel your subscription: Click on 'manage' and then 'delete' next to your subscription listing. 

- To update your shipping address: Click on 'manage' and then 'update address'.

- To update your credit card information: Click on 'manage' and then 'View/Update Card'.
